Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB) has officially opened its new Melbourne office at an environmentally-friendly space at Southbank.

The company aims to achieve a 5 star Green Star rating.

The new office features:

- Good Environmental Choice Australia (GECA) furniture constructed from low impact materials that reduce human and environmental health impacts

- low energy lighting system that includes zoned motion sensors

- maximised use of natural daylight

- energy efficient appliances such as printers and refrigerators

- real-time resource monitoring to raise awareness of consumption

- water efficient appliances such as dishwashers, tap and shower fittings

- management of waste, including a worm farm

PB’s new Melbourne office is located at level 15, 28 Freshwater Place, Southbank.
